For online fitness coaches doing $50K a month or more

I'm looking for one online fitness coach to partner with.

I'll take over your marketing so you can focus on coaching. And most of my pay is based on your growth.

Aaron Nuñez

Hey, Aaron Nuñez here.

If you're an online fitness coach doing $50K a month or more, this page is for you.

Here's the short version.

I'll take over your marketing to bring in more coaching clients. I lead the strategy, manage the team, and run the campaigns, funnels, and follow-up.

You focus on delivering the best coaching possible.

And we structure it so most of my pay comes from your growth.

Here's why I'm doing this, and why it might make sense for you.

I've done this before.

I have 15+ years of marketing experience. At my previous company, The Attractive Man, I was Head of Marketing and part owner. It was a coaching company selling $7,500 to $20,000+ programs.

We grew from $140,000 to $1.78 million a year. Our best month was $250K.

Along the way I:

  • Managed over $839,000 in ad spend across Facebook, YouTube, and Google.
  • Built a Google call funnel that turned $67,900 in ad spend into $457,000 in high-ticket sales.
  • Helped grow our YouTube channel from 40,000 to 928,000 subscribers and 107 million views.
  • Ran sales calls myself, then hired and managed the setters and closers.

Here's what I learned.

When one person owns the coaching and another person owns the growth, that's when things take off.

The problem at $50K a month.

You're coaching clients. Making content. Running ads. Answering DMs. Managing the team.

Even when you have people helping, the decisions still come back to you.

That works, up to a point. But it's really hard to be world-class at coaching and world-class at marketing at the same time.

Something has to give.

Look at Apple. Steve Wozniak built the product. Steve Jobs took it to the world.

Alex Hormozi focuses on marketing while Leila runs operations and delivery.

Why not just hire an agency?

Most agencies are limited to the services they sell. You become one more client, and the answer is usually "test more ads."

When one person fully owns the marketing inside your business, you can get creative. New offers. New acquisition channels. New ways to grow.

What I'd do for you.

  1. Do more of what's already working. Find what's bringing in your best clients and scale it.
  2. Build new acquisition channels on top of it. Paid ads, YouTube, funnels, email. So you're not relying on one source of clients.
  3. Own the team and the numbers. Marketing decisions stop landing on your desk.

How I get paid.

I'm not looking for a big retainer.

There's a modest monthly base so I can commit real hours to your business. The rest is a share of the growth we create together.

If you don't grow, I don't make much. That keeps us on the same side of the table.

We'll work out numbers that are fair for both of us.

Who this is for.

  • You're an online fitness coach doing $50K a month or more.
  • Your coaching gets clients real results.
  • You want to grow, but you've become the bottleneck.

If you're close, apply anyway.

I'm only taking on one, maybe two coaches.

I keep it small on purpose, so I can go all in on your growth.

If I do take on a second coach, they'll serve a completely different audience. I'll never be marketing for your competitor.

Here's the next step.

Fill out the short application below. It takes about 2 minutes.

If it looks like a fit, you'll pick a time for a call.

If we're a fit, the first thing I'll do, for free, is dig into your business and put together a 90-day growth plan built around it.

You look it over. If you want me to come in and run it, great. If not, no worries. You keep the plan.

P.S. You keep coaching while I take over the marketing, and most of my pay comes from your growth. If that sounds good, apply above.
